Fire Insurance does not cover the personal belongings of the home.

What is a "taxatie" report?

The taxatie report is also known as an appraisal report. You can get a post construction or pre-construction report.
The pre-construction report is valid for only 6 months and the post construction report is valid normally for 1 year.

What is a closing fee?

The closing fee is the fee charged to cover expenses connected with the mortgage.

What notary charges are involved in buying/building a home?

Notary Fee, Registration cost, Stamps, Power of attorney,Inspection cost, transfer tax and agent's commission if applicable.
